We have a meticulously designed unique BBA program with the following silent features:

• Multidisciplinary design: In line with the guidelines of the National Education Policy (NEP), Tribhuvan College (TEDS), one of the emerging BBA Colleges in Neemrana, has designed a multidisciplinary BBA program. Along with the Department of Commerce and Management Studies, the college houses the Department of Environmental Sciences and the Department of Computer and Computational Sciences. All departments offer elective courses open to students across disciplines. This flexibility enables learners to choose majors and minors in different domains, broadening their perspective and equipping them to address real-life challenges with an interdisciplinary approach.

• Immersion Program: TEDS has curated its BBA program to produce responsible managers who can proactivity sense and capture industrial and social problems and come up with sustainable solutions. To sensitize the budding managers to various problems and their interdisciplinarity, we have meticulously knitted the BBA program with multiple social and industrial immersion  Our students won’t only go for social and industrial internships after their second and third years respectively but they will get the opportunity to have a full-day visit and interaction with stakeholders on a regular basis.  Moreover, to develop managers with immense sensitivity toward all living being, we have included a few outbound and inbound activities through some renowned spiritual centers as a part of our spiritual immersion program. Hence, we have conceptualized three kinds of immersion programs to ensure the holistic development of the students.  

• Research quotient: To evolve from knowledge seeker to knowledge creator is the ultimate purpose of a scholar. We support students’ urge to demystify the logic or reasons for a particular outcome under the given conditions. Our students will get multiple opportunities to pursue their research interests. They may opt for a part-time independent research study under any internal faculty member, and also undertake a full-time research project under the guidance of either internal or external advisors from industry or academia. 

• Entrepreneurial stint: To learn the nuance of business, we have imbibed the philosophy of ‘Learning by Doing’. Students will be encouraged to work and nurture their business idea under the ambit of innovation and incubation cell.

• Blended learning: Students will be offered enriched experiences through blended learning, not only in terms of online and offline interaction with subject-matter experts but also in terms of in-class and on-field engagements. As we are located within the India-Japan industrial corridor, we have the locational and network dividend to offer.

• Leadership training: We have planned a few boot camps under the close supervision of industry veterans and social leaders. These camps are expected to unearth the leadership potential of our students.     

• International connect: Another distinctive feature of the BBA program at Tribhuvan College (TEDS), recognized among the leading BBA Colleges in Neemrana, is its strong focus on internationalization. The college has established academic tie-ups with institutions in Japan, China, Singapore, and other South Asian countries, enabling students to engage in collaborative assignments and gain global exposure. Overall, we are committed to imparting rigorous domain-specific training that prepares students to confidently pursue one of the three career tracks—higher studies, corporate careers, or entrepreneurship—based on their interests and competencies.
